No, once this is merged the source (english) strings will be updated, and the translations will be done after that :) No need to touch the translated pages from here!

The chair of the steering council was in favor of the two additions to the council per the mailing list discussion, as were several other core devs. I'm in favor too.
I guess we can just check with Melissa on the language thing.
