Added enhanced Bulk API (Bulk v2) support

• Bulk requests can now define per-device jobs
• Each device may execute its own command or command list
• Bulk requests are internally split into device-level subtasks
  Improved bulk execution visibility
• API responses return a bulk_id with associated device-level subtasks
• Execution status and results can be tracked per device

Backward Compatibility

• The original Bulk API behavior (running the same command on multiple devices) is fully preserved
• Existing clients and integrations require no changes
• The enhanced Bulk API is enabled only when using the new jobs request format

Improvements

• Refined bulk task scheduling to align with the existing single-device execution model
• Improved isolation and stability when handling heterogeneous workloads
