Biscotti v1.0: Speaker recognition, better recording, CSV import/export

What's Changed

• Speaker recognition: Biscotti can recognize you and your common contacts by voice, automatically tagging the right name. It builds a local voiceprint database across all meetings. Still 100% local AI!
• CSV import/export bring your notes in from other meeting apps
• Remove old notifications: clear notifications when they no longer apply
• More robust recording better recovery when switching between microphones and speakers (thanks @KentonParton)
