Operations, rebuilt

The Reports view finished growing up. Cost got its overhaul in 4.5.0; this release rebuilds Operations around your actual work.

• Activity, honestly measured. Active time counts 10-minute blocks where Claude actually produced work, so a tab left open all day inflates nothing. You get totals, an average per working day, and a daily chart stacked by project.
• When you work. A 24-hour profile shows which hours of the day your work really happens, in your local time.
• Friction, explained. Permission asks and denials (ranked by tool, so you can see where an allowlist rule would help), compactions with the auto count, and a session-health line. Project rows click through to their sessions.
• Agents in their own place. Run economics and each run's logged decisions (what was decided, why, and what was considered instead, with crew attribution) live in a section that stays out of the way when no agents ran.
• Hover anything. Every section header carries a small i icon explaining what the numbers mean, and tiles and column headers explain themselves on hover.
• Cost polish. Totals rows are highlighted across every table, By Model gets a real distinct-sessions total, and the guided walkthrough now tours Reports properly: scope, Cost, then Operations, switching tabs as it goes.
