Two fixes from a morning at a coffee shop.

• The Mac now notices dead relay connections and heals itself. Public Wi-Fi and network switches can silently kill the connection your paired iPhone relies on, without the Mac ever being told. The app previously waited for a close that never came, so the phone showed a session that would not update. The Mac now checks its own connection every 20 seconds and automatically reconnects within about 45 seconds of it going quiet: no more toggling Mobile off and on after changing networks, and working from a coffee shop behaves like working from home.
• No more question-mark cursor. Hovering the Reports info icons, tiles, and column headers kept the regular pointer instead of switching to the help cursor. The hover explanations are unchanged.
