Summary

  • add a Field Office machine role with local SSH commit signing and persistent user services
  • route GitHub Git operations over HTTPS through the dedicated scottames/field-office ghtkn App
  • select authenticated private externals by transport and grant nono narrowly scoped signing/chezmoi access

Verification

  • rendered and parsed normal and Field Office Git/ghtkn templates
  • validated the shared nono profile with strict schema checks
  • ran applicable Trunk linters and direct git diff --check
  • verified private repository reads and branch push through the ghtkn credential helper
  • verified all three SSH-signed commits locally and as verified by GitHub
