Improved template and tags

1. Added a bunch of unit tests, though the coverage is not complete.
2. Created a new issue-template.md file in docs that lists all the possible handlebar template fields possible.
3. Created the ability to convert GitLab Labels to Obsidian Tags via the template mechanism.
