PCAICA: An educational ipython notebook for PCA and ICA

This project demonstrates how to use and interpret PCA and ICA to extract meaningful source signals from (simulated) EEG data. It was created in 2016 (with Wei Zhong Goh) as a project in our neural modeling and data analysis course.
