Full Changelog: v0.1.12...v0.1.13
Native Windows installer
Download TextFlowKit 0.1.13 for Windows x64
Per-user Windows 10/11 installation using the existing local browser interface. No separately installed Python, WSL or Docker is required. Whistle remains the default engine. The installer is unsigned; Windows may display SmartScreen warnings. Do not disable security protections.

Matching sources and notices
The three standalone source ZIPs, full third-party notice ZIP, source index and build instructions are release assets alongside the executable. The exact pinned FFmpeg binary ZIP is also retained as a recovery/build-cache input; download it into the asset cache under its original filename if the upstream daily asset is retired. Sources and notices are available without authentication.
Source verification: 129 upstream cache archives cover all 86 source stages; all 43 enabled external --enable-lib flags map to the exact build recipes. Independently checked 479 unique source inputs and 1,711 notice files, with no missing files or byte-hash mismatches. The original rav1e Rust lock and an explicitly labeled compiler-helper source superset are supplied; no recovered exact historical host helper version, bit-for-bit FFmpeg rebuild, or blanket legal opinion is claimed. See the source verification record.
Release verification
- Exact merged-main CI: 16/16 passed, Windows/macOS/Linux matrix and installed-wheel checks.
- Trusted Publishing workflow: succeeded. Core 0.1.13; fonts 0.1.6 reused unchanged, not republished.
- All four Python distribution hashes and sizes match between the build artifacts, PyPI and GitHub.
- Fresh PyPI install with HTTP/MCP/export extras and the real default Whistle CPU speech selftest passed.
- Local Windows YouTube release check on commit e4666e5 passed: three timestamped segments and the expected spoken word. This is one URL with the documented Whisper/tiny smoke, not verification of every provider.
- Final EXE built with the exact published core wheel; private payload manifest and bootstrap version verified. The tested Whistle engine bytes are unchanged. Existing installer behavior retains its earlier acceptance evidence; no upgrade of the owner's running app was performed.
- Anonymous full downloads of the EXE and source metadata match published hashes; source/notice URLs are accessible. Issue #31 is resolved by these published materials.
