v0.1.15 — DeepSeek 1017 LOW effort

  • Current agent and contributor instructions now require LOW effort for the exact DeepSeek 1017 model, superseding off/none.
  • Native isolated headless Codex remains the required coding harness. The historical direct-Ollama runner is aligned to think: "low" but remains prohibited as the coding harness; model checks remain in place.
  • README, user/integration manuals, installation guide and website updated to the current version.

Application transcription, AI cleanup and streaming behavior are unchanged. Whistle remains the default. Fonts remain 0.1.6. The Windows installer is now rebuilt and verified as v0.1.15 from this immutable tag and the exact published wheel. Actual isolated EXE installation, installed-version readback, native Whistle speech selftest and installed browser UI launch passed.

See PR #34. Historical off/none test receipts remain historical; LOW effort was separately verified through native Codex and a real tool call.

Matching unchanged dependency source/notices snapshots are included in this release with their original v0.1.13 filenames and hashes. That is the dependency snapshot identity, not the installed application version. The EXE is unsigned. Existing tag and Python artifacts were not replaced.
