v0.1.17 — contextual proofreading and uncertainty review

• Improve optional local AI cleanup with bounded neighboring context, clear-error corrections and exact source uncertainty spans.
• Preserve flagged uncertain words deterministically instead of publishing guessed replacements; highlight them in both comparison panes and retain review markers in corrected TXT and clipboard.
• Keep original transcript/timings unchanged and support older saved variants with an uncertainty-not-assessed notice.
• Update README, user/developer manuals, architecture, install/privacy/release docs and the website for 0.1.17.

Whistle remains the default; no transcription/streaming engine, provider, dependency or telemetry-policy changes. Local Flock-BAD acceptance produced two corrected segments and six preserved review spans. This is not an audio-ground-truth or all-errors accuracy claim.

The rebuilt native Windows installer is published and passed isolated installation plus existing-owner upgrade acceptance: version 0.1.17, native timed speech, privacy safeguards, browser UI and preservation of saved transcripts/cleanup review spans. Matching payload manifest, checksums, dependency sources and notices accompany the EXE. Optional fonts remain 0.1.6.
