v1.0.6 — Reliable Escalation

What's fixed

  • Escalation now triggers reliably when a customer asks to speak to a person — "can I speak to someone else", "talk to a human", "connect me with your team", etc. are now caught server-side in PHP, so escalation works even when the AI doesn't set the flag in its response.

Phrases that now always trigger escalation

speak to someone / talk to a human / someone else / can I speak / real person / transfer me / connect me with / get an agent / prefer a human

How to update

Go to Plugins → PrintCraft AI Assistant → Update Available and click Update.
