v1.0.8 — Fix Contact Form Escalation

What's fixed

  • Contact info always saved — if the escalation record wasn't created yet when the customer submits the contact form, the plugin now creates it automatically so no contact info is ever lost
  • Form submission errors now visible — if the AJAX call fails (network error, server issue), the customer now sees a clear error message and a re-enabled button instead of a false "Thanks!" confirmation
  • Contact form layout fixed — corrected a CSS display conflict that could prevent the form from rendering correctly after sliding in

Go to Plugins → PrintCraft AI Assistant → Update Available and click Update.
