Windows 10/11 x64 installer from main commit a58cb77.

Passed backend, client and marketing validation, plus fresh install, launch, upgrade and uninstall smoke tests.

Verify the included SHA-256 checksum. The installer is not code-signed; Windows SmartScreen may warn. User libraries are retained on upgrade/uninstall. See the repository implementation status for feature limitations.
