Scriptorium v0.2.0

Scriptorium v0.2.0 publishes the stable local-first project control layer for complex work.

This release includes:

• General project profiles for using Scriptorium beyond research-only workflows.
• Preview-first component installation with checksum-pinned source revisions.
• Standalone Capture installation through the published capture-v1.0.0 release asset.
• Windows and Ubuntu CI coverage, plus Windows public install and synthetic workflow checks.
