Option Writing records in random order in mu-argus not available

Version used: 5.1.7 (maybe earlier as well)
Operating system used: Windows

In the "Making Safe File" dialog, the option "Write records in random order" is only available when using "fixed format" microdata

In the manual it is stated that this option is only available for "fixed format" files. Need to check whether also possible for "free format" files. If not, could be an enhancement to implement this for "free format" as well.
