Highlights

macOS v1 ships as an unsigned DMG. Users may need to right-click OpenStudio.app and choose Open, then allow it in System Settings > Privacy & Security.
The optional AI Tools runtime for stem separation is not bundled in the base app. OpenStudio downloads its managed AI runtime on first use, so the first install can take time and depends on network availability.
