I've redesigned the website to accommodate multiple servers, allowing you to add the prefix in case you have multiple servers on the same database. All servers in the connection.php file will automatically appear in the server list, and each server's name is taken from the server connection name.
If you don't have any prefix in the plugin, then don't add it in the connection.php file for the server. If it's empty in the prefix, it will use the default table.

If you have a single server with a single database, download the version for SingleServer. If you have multiple servers with multiple databases, download the MultiServers version.
