D Mod binary & source for Windows 7 built from modded Node.JS 22.6.0.

  • New Node.JS 22.6.0 baseline and TypeScript 5.5.4.
    • Node.JS baseline is finally adding an experimental 'typeless' TypeScript support via Amaro instead of full TS itself. LOL!
      • Hopefully both won't interfere too much with each other; seems it will require explicit file extensions like .mts.
    • Another notable change: experimental network inspection.
  • Urgent/Quick fix for SEA. Upstream new code uses an alternate flow for SEA bootstrap compilation, thus bypassing/breaking transpilation.
