D Mod binary & source for Windows 7 built from modded Node.JS 23.11.0.

  • Update to Node.JS 23.11.0 baseline, and TypeScript v5.8.3.
  • Experimental: switch modes between REPL and run main module/script.
    • New APIs to switch execution mode: process.runRepl(), process.runMain(scriptPath, ...argv).
    • In REPL mode only: process.closeRepl(dontExit). For runMain to terminate REPL without app exit and switch to running new main module.
  • Stable Project Files: Patched VS project generation to produce stable/consistent GUIDs, by using only relative project paths instead of full paths. Also, don't generate full paths to python and SSL.
