Add extra options. Passed as last parameter to nopt.
- ignoreUnknowns: DON'T absorb unknowns, leave them in remain.
- terminateOnUnknown: once encounter an unknown, treat like '--' and leave the rest in remain. Setting this true also sets ignoreUnknowns to true.
- strictShortHands: only use declared shorthands, DON'T accept whole gamut of partial spellings!
