v2.6.0 — project-aware telemetry
Slices the existing rule-hit telemetry loop along the project dimension already stamped on every log row. Pure read-side: no new hook, no spec-rule change, nothing new written into your repos. Establishes the per-project axis a future project-convention telemetry layer builds on.
Added
agentsmd audit --project=<substr>— scope the per-project view to projects whose path-slug contains<substr>(case-insensitive), plus a new by project block in the report (enforcement / total, with the top firing sections per project).agentsmd rules --project=<substr>— an informational lens: the report shows how many projects the telemetry spans and, when filtered, which project is in view. Demote/promote signals remain cross-project — a rule dead in one repo but firing in another still earns its core seat;--projectnever changes a rule's verdict.
Purely additive; every existing command behaves as before. Revert by pinning the prior version (npm i -g @sdsrs/agentsmd@2.5.0).
Spec rule text is unchanged (spec_version → v2.6.0 in lockstep; a package/tooling feature, not a spec-rule change).
