Bug Fixes

  • Dead code detection: Reduced struct false positives by ~87.5% — non-callable types (struct/enum/type) now check same-file function code for name references before reporting as orphan
  • Go route detection: HandleFunc/Handle now matches any receiver (mux.HandleFunc, router.Handle), not just http.HandleFunc
  • Go handler resolution: Method expressions like handler.GetUser now correctly resolve to GetUser for proper node matching
  • CLI JSON consistency: refs --json now uses "file" field name, matching all other CLI commands

E2E Tests

  • Added tests for 4 new tools: project_map, ast_search, find_dead_code, find_references
  • Updated expected visible tool count from 9 to 12
