Bug Fixes

  • find_dead_code node_type filter — --type const, --type var, --type interface etc. now properly match database node types. Previously only fn was normalized, causing silent empty results for other shorthand values.
  • refs compact output — CLI JSON compact mode now includes start_line field, matching MCP behavior.
  • project_map JSON key — CLI JSON output renamed interfaces → interfaces_traits to match MCP output format.
  • Incremental reindex race condition — Background embedding no longer blocks incremental reindex entirely. Now waits up to 2s for embedding to finish, fixing file change detection after initial indexing.

Documentation

  • Added CLI Commands section to README documenting all 16 subcommands with their MCP tool equivalents and common options.
