Changes

  • Cross-platform fix: Replace sqlite3 CLI with OpenCode SDK API (client.session.messages() and client.session.todo()) — fixes Windows compatibility
  • Fix message scan order: API returns oldest-first, now scans backwards to find most recent message
  • Fix token calculation: Include cache.read in total, skip in-progress messages with zero tokens
  • Silent error handling: No console.error for expected API failures
