How to build interop python package

git clone https://github.com/Illumina/interop.git
mkdir build
cd build
python -m venv venv
source venv/bin/activate
pip install numpy
cmake -DPACKAGE_OUTPUT_FILE_PREFIX=../interop/dist ../interop
cmake --build .
cmake --build . --target package_wheel  # build python wheel package

target is at interop/dist dir
