- feat(parameters): support nullable, unset, and required request interactions
…actions - add interactive options to set nullable parameters to null - allow supplied parameters to be unset - coerce "null" to JSON null for nullable CLI parameters - include null in nullable parameter help and completions - trigger interaction for empty requests with hasRequiredParameters
