Version 1.0.0 of const_power_of_two is now out. It is entirely stable and usable in its current state. Because API guidelines state that only types and traits from a stable release be exposed by a public interface, and this crate mostly works by exposing a trait downstream crates must expose, it makes sense to push a v1 ASAP.
