Changing sector choices leads to blank screen

I was testing the Antarctic OUS (https://www.seasketch.org/antarctic/surveys/703) and began by selecting a single sector (Science) and drawing a polygon. Afterward, I changed my sector choices to include Conservation. But, when clicking on Conservation to draw initiate the drawing dialog, I got a blank screen. I repeated this several times to verify it's a bug and, as it turns out, this issue happens with other surveys as well.
