Fixed an issue where adding audio effects to tracks with VSTs could fail or place the effect at the very end of the device chain.

Start placement now tries the front of the chain first, then falls back to directly after the VST when Live does not allow inserting before it.

End placement continues to insert at the end of the chain.

Added skip group tracks.
