Syntax highlighting for TOON (Token-Oriented Object Notation) in fenced ```toon code blocks, using Obsidian's own --code-* variables so colors follow the active theme.

• Quote-aware parsing: a colon inside "Restock by: 2025-06-30" does not split the row, and \" / "" escapes are respected
• Renders byte-for-byte identical to the source — no trimming, no reflowing
