First publishable revision of @cloudcdn/mcp-server — the Model Context
Protocol server for CloudCDN.

Install

• 6 read-only resources under the cloudcdn:// scheme (manifest, zones, rules, health, openapi, insights-today).
• CloudCDNClient class with constructor-time auth, AbortSignal + per-call timeoutMs, pluggable fetch for tests / proxies.
• CloudCDNError with .status, .body, .url for clean branching on rate limits / quota errors.
• exports map so consumers can import { createServer } from '@cloudcdn/mcp-server/server' or import { get } from '@cloudcdn/mcp-server/api-client'.
• JSDoc on every public surface, runnable examples/ for stdio boot, programmatic embedding, semantic search, cache purge, transform.
• 100% test coverage — 133 tests at 100% statements / branches / functions / lines, gated in mcp/vitest.config.js.
