Renumber of v0.1.0 (pre-1.0 0.0.x scheme). Same release content; artefact filenames preserved (euxis_publisher-0.1.0.*) for historical provenance because that's what shipped at the time. The package was renamed to inclusio from v0.0.2 onwards (see PR #18).
