Promotes the dashboard release built after the early v0.1.0-alpha line.

Added

  • Full-screen curses dashboard with package list, search, detail sidebar, and manager distribution graph.
  • Animated loading screen that reports the package manager currently being scanned.
  • Cleaner loading progress with percent and manager counts below the bar.
  • Mouse wheel and keyboard navigation for package rows and popups.
  • Selection popup with copy actions for package fields.
  • Path popup with copy, open, and reveal actions for install locations.
  • Homebrew ci shortcut alongside check-installs-tui.
