Add WinSSP SSP for implicit authentication

• add WinSSP SSP that uses local Windows Implicit authentication (only works on a Windows machine)
• fix bug of Scapy not launching without cryptography due to the a regression in Improve CMS/Kerberos support of other hashes #4974
