Caution

Breaking changes — chat session redesign (#201) & Firestore index realignment (#203)

• GraphQL ticketComments query and Ticket.comments field are removed. Use ticketSessionMessages / Ticket.sessionMessages instead. Custom GraphQL clients and frontends MUST be updated before deploying.
• The base tool warren_get_ticket_comments is removed. Repoint custom AI policies to warren_get_ticket_session_messages.
• Sessions / Messages / Turns / gollem history have moved to a new schema and GCS layout (sessions/{session_id}/history.json). After deploy, run the bundled migration: warren migrate --dry-run --job v0.16.0 then warren migrate --job v0.16.0. All jobs are non-destructive and idempotent.
• Firestore composite indexes were realigned with actual queries. Apply the updated index set (e.g. via fireconf) before serving production traffic, or queries will fail with FAILED_PRECONDITION.
