Second Hand Tigers Organization Use policy

In the base, GitHub Terms of Service apply to all areas and resources of Second Hand Tigers Organization. These must be followed since our use of GitHub to host content and work product depends on it. It is expected that all contributors have reviewed and are familiar with GitHub's terms and conditions policies, and you in fact had to acknowledge you understood and would abide by them when you created your github account.

In areas where Second Hand Tigers's policy is more strict than Github TOS, those requirements are in addition to, not instead of the Github TOS, and new members are required to familiarize themselves with them as part of the onboarding process
