Delayed response message
- Messenger now shows the project's configured note when the customer's latest
message remains unanswered for the configured delay. - An operator reply cancels or removes the note. The note remains local to the
customer UI and is not stored as a conversation message. - The project setting is enabled by default with a 30-second delay and neutral
copy. Project administrators can disable it or change its copy and delay
without an app update.
