Canon items can now be locked by the user: a locked item refuses every agent write (whole batch) — write_canon_items, Thread Document apply, any path — with a canon_item_locked refusal that names the claim and says to ask the user. Lock state shows as an always-on padlock glyph (open/closed) on every canon row with a user-only toggle; the settled/unsettled (crystallized) axis is retired — lock is the one state axis. Migration v69, agent contract 1.26.0 (reinstall required on every Mac).
