Until now, the user-instructional body content that shows when Pulsarr is enabled had some clarification that it could not do notifications for ongoing new episodes.

This was a bug with Pulsarr that I helped the dev fix, and all notifications for new content through Pulsarr --> Tautulli --> Plex Mobile App work now.

I changed the body content and readme to reflect this improved behavior.

If you use Pulsarr, be sure to update to v0.5.1
