Release list
v1.3.28
Opening conversation history now displays current Codex transcripts and uses the first user prompt for the title. Injected plugin catalogs, project instructions, and environment context are excluded from the conversation.
Fixed a SwiftUI layout loop that could freeze the HUD when opening or scrolling Claude Code conversations. WorkBuddy now shows the actual task title and user prompt, locates transcripts when hooks omit their path, and hides internal host workers.
The README includes an animated macOS notch demo with a continuously running Claude Code task.
Validation: 86 native tests, hook adapter tests, OpenCode plugin checks, release contract checks, and update signature checks passed. The installed app was verified with real Codex, Claude Code, and WorkBuddy sessions, including repeated opening, scrolling, tool expansion, and returning to the session list.
v1.3.27
The update menu now shows only the release version, such as v1.3.27, with the parenthesized build number removed.
v1.3.26
Fixes in-app updates rejected during signature validation and update status getting stuck on "Extracting... 0%".
- Sign release DMGs with a persistent Sparkle Ed25519 key and verify each archive against the public key embedded in the built app before publishing.
- Preserve update callback ordering and keep errors visible so users can retry.
- Add regression checks for update status, signatures, and release metadata.
Upgrading from older builds
If your installation does not yet contain the Sparkle update public key, install this DMG manually once. This establishes trust for subsequent in-app updates. Builds that already contain the new public key can update normally.
Validation
Native Swift tests, Python hook tests, OpenCode plugin tests, release contract checks, and signature acceptance/rejection checks. A real Sparkle upgrade from the repaired baseline was also verified locally.

v1.3.25
This patch fixes completed or exited agent sessions returning to Processing after delayed transcript updates. Process tracking now survives hooks that omit process metadata.
- Normalize Copilot timestamps and serialized tool arguments so events are ordered and decoded correctly.
- Remove duplicate Copilot hook registrations while preserving other user hooks, and add the command type required by VS Code.
- Align the collapsed HUD with the physical notch bounds.
Validation: Swift, Python, OpenCode plugin, and release-contract checks passed. Live normal-completion checks passed for Codex (after hook review), Cursor, Copilot CLI, Pi, and WorkBuddy.
Updated Codex hooks may need to be reviewed and trusted before events resume. Full live coverage for VS Code Copilot, Qwen Work, approval interactions, and the remaining harness failure paths is still incomplete.
