ArifCE v0.1.0

First release of the local-first ArifCE project intelligence CLI.

Highlights

  • Canonical project intelligence storage, append-only journal, SQLite FTS retrieval, and deterministic context budgets.
  • Tasks, decisions, failed attempts, claims, evidence, findings, checkpoints, semantic handoffs, and refactor continuity controls.
  • Backup-first recovery, secret scanning, agent adapter guidance, and complete V0.1 documentation.
  • Apache-2.0 license and a packaged .NET global tool.

Verification

Commit 8f607311223126b8594becd6c37e0e8337b2a048 passed GitHub Actions run 33057315490 on Windows, Ubuntu, and macOS. Each job completed restore, Release build, behavior tests, secret scan, and the packaged-tool smoke fixture.

The release asset SHA-256 is published in ArifCE.Cli.0.1.0.nupkg.sha256.

Installation

Download the .nupkg asset and install it from its containing folder:

dotnet tool install --global --add-source <folder-containing-the-package> ArifCE.Cli --version 0.1.0
arifce --help
