🚴 Tactical Comms & Glove-Friendly Cycling HUD

• Full-Width Tactical COMMS Button: Replaced run indicator with a prominent full-width touch header div in Colab mode for instant, one-tap tactical comms during rides.
• Teammate Person Icon & Sheet: Replaced bottom bar heart sensor icon with a teammate status icon and direct access to connected mesh peers.
• Clean Radar Layout: Stripped floating labels/pills from the live HUD radar, preserving tactical pings and distance gap alerts.
• Smart OLED Dimming: Screen inactivity dimming is now strictly active only when OLED mode is enabled in Settings.

• Integrated MobileScanner Viewfinder: Instant camera scanning with auto-focus and haptic lock.
• Standard ISO/IEC 18004 QR Matrix: Host QR code now renders standard high-density matrix compatible with any smartphone lens or in-app scanner.
