[Feature Request] Implement bookshelf (fork of Readarr) as a Service

Description

This may be branching out a bit too much but it would be useful to implement Readarr so users can request books.

Not sure if this is possible.

Desired Behavior

Readarr is implemented and books can be requested.

With how borked readarr is at the moment, it might be better to integrate with LazyLibrarian instead

edit: with the work being done on alternate metadata services progressing so nicely, perhaps not.

I am leaning towards agreeing with this as well. Integration with LazyLibrarian would probably be the best course of action here, considering Lidarr is getting some active integration into Jellyseerr as well.
