Correct the documented canonical OAuth protected resource and add an offline verifier assertion so the public README and connector manifests stay aligned at https://noesis.seges.ai/mcp. Bump all plugin package manifests to 1.2.19. This source release changes documentation and validation only; it does not change or verify live OAuth behavior.
