  • A clearer installation-first README, with Today as a separate website for tasks and reminders.
  • Consistent free, noncommercial, nonclinical descriptions across seven manifests.
  • Fixed README anchors and added fragment-resolution and unsupported-claim checks.
  • Preserved OAuth endpoints, assessment workflows, explicit consent and owner-review save requirements.

Validation: source contract verifier passed (64 public files, 15 root skills), main GitHub CI passed, and public catalog readback preserved 35 tools and 18 prompts. A source release does not update installed packages or establish acceptance in every host.
