Publish the bounded, catalog-driven BigQuery read adapter merged in #16.
Install the read-only MCP server with telemetry-mcp[mcp,bigquery] from the immutable v0.3.0 tag. The adapter allowlists SQL identifiers, parameter-binds caller values, enforces time ranges and row limits, caps bytes billed, and is covered by offline tests.
