Pulse 0.2.0 — Cloud-independent SDK

Pulse 0.2.0 is published on npm: @reviseflow/pulse-core, @reviseflow/pulse and optional @reviseflow/pulse-otel.

This is a breaking pre-1.0 update: choose an exporter explicitly. Local memory/JSONL collection needs no Cloud account, key or subscription. Generic HTTP and optional OpenTelemetry exporters share bounded, best-effort lifecycle handling. Public event v1 semantics remain unchanged.

Read the migration guide before upgrading. Keep 0.1.0 and its original constructor for rollback. Supported evidence covers Node 24.11.1/24.20.0 and official MCP 2.0.0; it does not certify arbitrary runtimes or hosts.

Validation: 133 source tests on both supported Node versions; all three published archive integrities matched; an isolated npm-installed consumer passed real offline/HTTP MCP, types, CLI, duplicate-package, ESM bundle and OTel checks. See the publication receipt.
