Fixes

• The offline bundle installer now asks where to wire Claude Code — globally (every project) or a specific repo, which it also indexes — instead of silently writing project-local wiring into the extracted bundle directory. Scripted installs use --global or --path <repo> (-Global / -Path on Windows); without a terminal the safe default is global.
