The lockfile still selects old internal packages and dependency updates have no automated validation. Update costs to 0.2.0, Goal to 2.2.0, pfix to 0.1.79 and clickmd to 1.1.15; add daily Dependabot proposals, freshness checks and locked tests. Move the unused application dependency on Goal from the dev extra to a Python >=3.12 automation group, preserving application support for Python 3.11.
Add the repository-owned dependency guide under docs/information and adopt the immutable wellmanifest/docs 0.1.1 checker in CI.
Validation: 47 tests pass on Python 3.11 and 3.13; released Goal 2.2.0 freshness check passes; documentation checker passes with zero findings; git diff --check passes. No package release or automatic merge of future dependency updates is configured.
